This is a young Thrawn, as he is described in mist Encounter, a novel by Timothy Zahn. Thrawn is in exile in a distant world covered by jungle. He is about 22 in this novel, I think, and he has long hair. His clothes are made of beast skins.

Thrawn tel qu'il est décrit dans la nouvelle "Mist Encounter" de Timothy Zahn. A cette époque là, il était exilé dans une lointaine planète couverte de jungle. I avait 22 ans à peu près (à ce que j'ai calculé) et avait des cheveux longs. Il a confectionné ses habits lui-même avec des peaux de bête, lol ^^
