Yes, it's not well drawn but I drew it for the comic scene, a Harry Potter parody. The translation in english is: Why did Sirius Black escape from Azkaban prison? (and you see the Dementors saying "Kiss! kiss!") and Sirius thinking "Enough harassment !"
