The Grand Admiral Thrawn, a genius strategist from the Star wars novels (he does not appear in the movies)...

This time, I took my time and drew it carefully. The result is far better than the previous fanart of Thrawn I did. Don't you think?

The animal he has on the shoulders is an Ysalamir, a creature who can repel the Force. So the Jedi knights can't use their powers against Thrawn ^_^

^^ it's because he "works" with a Dark Jedi, so he wants to protect himself (he doesn't want to be betrayed and killed by him)
