You asked for it, here it is! it's my first tutorial so I hope it will help! I tried to make one a bit different from the usual anatomy ones you can find on deviantart.
I focused more on the details, shapes, types of dragons, so you can diversify the types of dragons you're drawing! I hope it will help!
EDIT: About the WINGS attached to the top of the shoulder: some people said it's impossible for a dragon to fly with wings at this place, but I focused on aesthetics more than on anatomy logic (after all if we follow logic, you should have to make your wings with a very precise size, calculate everything according to the weight of your dragon, etc, etc) Dragons don't exist and that's why it is fun to draw them. I chose the example of the wing attached to the shoulder because it's for me the most beautiful one and the one we see the most even in professional artworks, because it looks more "badass" and elegant. But of course you can put the wings lower on the back, or attach them differently to the body. I just won't guarantee it will look good. There are so many different ways to draw a dragon ^^
An example of one of my dragons!

Et promis je l'ai traduit aussi en français, et le voici donc: [link]
Scales can also transcend into feathers for air dragon wings and the lithe and fluent forms of serpentine dragons (you know the ones with no arms and legs). Just adding some tips to the fire is all.
The thing with wings is that they can be attached to the top of the shoulder, as long as the flap of skin extends down the back more. This looks better, in my opinion, and it would create more lift so dragons could fly more easily.
Excellent !!!
